Enhance your Memory with TheseTotal Recall Tips
Missing appointments? Forgetting to pay your bills on time?
The stressful urban lifestyle with a poor diet and negative emotions has a direct bearing upon the human computer we call memory. Some of the causes of weak memory are directly connected to one's personality. If one is very anxious, egoistic, selfish, envious, suspicious, insecure, etc... one may suffer from weak memory. Why? Because such a mind is always agitated.
Sharp memory has also to do with calmness of mind. Similarly, if a person suffers from a chronic ailment or a psychosomatic illness, the negative consequences reflect in his or her weak memory. But whatever the reasons that make you forget someone's name or leave that all important file at home, there's hope for the perennially forgetful. Apart from mainstream memory boosters, here is a list of complementary therapies, a combination of one or many of which, if done correctly and followed regularly, can ensure a stronger memory.
